Aria on the Bay was approved by the FAA to rise 53 stories and 535 feet above sea level in Miami's Arts and Entertainment District. Reservations at the luxury tower are currently being converted into contracts, and groundbreaking is expected to follow shortly.

Site work has begun at Muse in Sunny Isles Beach. With 60 percent of its 68 oceanfront condos already sold, groundbreaking at the luxury development is expected to follow shortly. The 47-story tower was conceptually designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott and executed by Sieger Suarez.

The Estates at Acqualina is planned for a 5.6-acre oceanfront site at 17901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The ultra-exclusive development will be comprised of two 50-story towers, with 250 luxury condos in total. Prices for the lavish condominiums begin at 3.9 million dollars.
