As more foreign buyers enter the luxury real estate market in South Florida, more homes and condos are being offered stocked with everything necessary to move in right away. Buyers do not want to spend the necessary time furnishing and outfitting their properties, especially when many of these luxury residences are purchased as second homes.

It’s been a busy week for new construction in South Florida. Today, construction commenced on 400 Sunny Isles, a luxury waterfront development in Sunny Isles Beach. The two exclusive towers are set to rise on 640 feet of beautiful bay frontage.

Amid 18 new condo buildings already proposed in Miami Beach, developer R. Donahue Peebles plans to add a boutique luxury condo tower located at 6747 Collins Avenue to the mix. The exclusive condominiums will be located on an oceanfront lot just south of the Canyon Ranch towers.

Even though an official groundbreaking ceremony has not yet taken place, it appears that construction on Jade Signature has begun. Located just south of Jade Ocean and Jade Beach, Jade Signature is the latest Jade project in Sunny Isles Beach.

New renderings of the proposed expansion of Miami’s Surf Club have been released. Slated to rise at 9011 Collins Avenue in Surfside, architect Kobi Karp and design consultant Richard Meier have designed modern towers to mingle with the traditional architecture of the historic Surf Club.
