Como los precios siguen aumentando en Miami, los compradores de vivienda están buscando a Fort Lauderdale como una opción más atractiva. El nuevo precio medio condominio por pie cuadrado en Miami es casi el doble de la media en Fort Lauderdale. La ciudad costera también cuenta con playas vírgenes, a 300 millas de vías navegables y un aeropuerto internacional ampliado.

Las residencias muy esperados por Armani / Casa en Sunny Isles Beach se romperá terreno en octubre, de acuerdo a los desarrolladores. El proyecto frente al mar de ultra-lujo es ya más del 60 por ciento vendido. Será la primera torre de Armani residencial en el mundo.

A new luxury waterfront condo development has been announced for Edgewater in Miami. Elysee Residences will rise 57 stories, making it the tallest tower in the popular neighborhood. The anticipated project will feature only 100 luxury condominiums ranging in price from 1.65 million dollars to over 10 million dollars. Each unusually spacious half-floor or full-floor residence will offer direct bay views, high ceilings and private elevators.

The developer of The Estates at Acqualina announced that the ultra-luxury tower has sold 360 million dollars worth of condominiums in a 10-week period. The lavish development will feature two 50-story towers in Sunny Isles Beach, with a total of 264 exclusive residences. In addition to a beachfront oasis full of luxury amenities, the project will offer a 45,000-square-foot recreation center known as Villa Acqualina. The one-of-a-kind building will include a sport simulator, an ice skating rink, a bowling alley, a signature restaurant, a Wall Street trading room and more.
