The Point, Aventura

The Point of Aventura is comprised of 5 Residrntial Condominiums, Atlantic I, II, II, "The North Tower" & "The South Tower" as well as the courtyard waterfront townhomes; set amidst 36 acres of landscaped park area. Within this community, residents have access to a variety of exercise and relaxation activities, such as: two oversized swimming pools, a waterfront social pool, and children's pool and play area, and an intracoastal viewing pier.
