The developers of GranParaiso, the final Paraiso Bay tower, have released pricing information for the 317-unit luxury building. GranParaiso condos will start at 700,000 dollars for a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit and rise upwards of 1.6 million dollars for a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit.
