The Chateau Group announced a partnership with the luxury brand Fendi. Chateau Ocean in Surfside will be branded as Fendi Chateau Residences. The 12-story oceanfront development is currently under construction at 9365 Collins Avenue, just a few blocks south of the Bal Harbour Shops.

A Jeff Koons sculpture owned by the residents of Oceana Bal Harbour is on loan for a world tour through the Whitney Museum in New York City, Centre Pompidou in Paris, Guggenheim in Bilbao and MALBA in Buenos Aires. The “Pluto and Proserpina” sculpture will then be on permanent display at Oceana Bal Harbour. It marks the first time a work of art owned by residents of a condo development has embarked on a world exhibition tour.
