Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach was completed at the end of last month. It is the sixth new condo development in South Florida completed since the 2007 real estate crash. Closings are currently underway in the ultra-exclusive oceanfront tower.
Regalia contains 39 luxury condos, with each residence taking up an entire floor of the 47-story tower. Over 85 percent of the condominiums in Regalia are under contract. However, a palatial, 10-447-square-foot penthouse is still available in the impressive building.
