Seventy-Three Percent of New Condos in Miami Through Fort Lauderdale Have Sold

According to a recent study, nearly three quarters of new construction condos in Miami through Fort Lauderdale have sold. Out of 16,886 new condominiums in the coastal South Florida area, 12,409 are spoken for. 

The study included both closed contracts and pre-sale units in condominium developments announced since January 2012. The study ran through the second quarter of this year and included condo projects from Coconut Grove through Fort Lauderdale.
