A new luxury waterfront condo development has been announced for Edgewater in Miami. Elysee Residences will rise 57 stories, making it the tallest tower in the popular neighborhood. The anticipated project will feature only 100 luxury condominiums, ranging in price from 1.65 million dollars to over 10 million dollars. Each unusually spacious half-floor or full-floor residence will offer direct bay views, high ceilings and private elevators.
Elysee Residences will further offer a pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a spa, a salon, a bar, a library, a theater and robotic parking. Arquitectonica designed the stunning waterfront tower and Jean-Louis Denoit is in charge of interior design.
Developers expect to break ground on Elysee in early 2016. Sales in the exclusive development are currently underway.
