Ground work on Paraiso Bayviews has commenced. It is the third luxury condo tower currently under construction at the Paraiso Bay mega-project. Upon completion in 2017, the 44-story tower will contain 396 luxury condominiums in Miami's trendy Edgewater neighborhood.
Paraiso Bayviews will offer a rooftop pool, a sunset pool, a paddle court, a tennis court, a spa and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Residents of the luxury tower will also have exclusive membership to the Paraiso Bay Beach Club, which will feature a Michael Schwartz restaurant and a marina.
Paraiso Bayviews is currently 90 percent reserved.
