Nous avons vu des améliorations significatives dans le marché de l'immobilier en bord de mer de luxe sur l'année écoulée à partir de Miami Beach à Palm Beach. Condos en bord de mer et les ventes immobilières ont augmenté considérablement et des prix de ventes ont aussi augmenté. Il est pas toujours facile de prédire l'avenir du marché de l'immobilier, mais les choses sont certainement Looking Up.
