With construction well underway, the Mansions at Acqualina is now the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach. The luxury oceanfront condo tower is the first building constructed under Sunny Isles’ new height cap of 649 feet. The lavish tower will be topped off in weeks.

Existing condo and single-family home sales increased in Miami-Dade County in January. Existing condo sales jumped 12.9 percent and existing single-family home sales increased 9.8 percent, compared to January 2013.
