The Surf Club developers obtained a 290-million-dollar loan for the luxury hotel and residential project currently under construction in Surfside. Four Seasons will brand and manage the Surf Club.
The Surf Club Four Seasons Private Residences will consist of two 12-story oceanfront towers, with a total of 150 exclusive condos and penthouses. Renowned architects Richard Meier and Kobi Karp are designing the luxury project around the original Russel Pancoast-designed Mediterranean villa. Situated on nearly 1,000 feet of ocean frontage, the Surf Club will offer the best of Miami beachfront living.
The Surf Club condos will feature deep terraces, beautiful ocean views, chef’s kitchens, floor-to-ceiling glass and spacious, open floor plans. Construction on the Surf Club commenced in March 2014, and building completion is currently scheduled for 2016.
