There are more than 80 new luxury waterfront residential buildings planned for South Florida over the next couple of years.
A few of the driving forces for this influx of luxury waterfront condominiums are the increasing rental rates in the area, new residents from various parts of the world, and the lack of luxury oceanfront inventory. Luxury waterfront condominiums have been selling so rapidly over the past year that inventory is almost sold out.
Developers like many real estate investors think this trend will continue, which is one of the main reasons we are seeing so many luxury waterfront towers popping up along the coast.
A few of the most popular areas for new luxury waterfront developments are Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, and Greater Downtown Miami. The luxury condominiums proposed for these areas are elegant, luxurious and for those with the most discerning taste.
