The Armani Group, Related Group and Dezer Development officially announced the Residences by Armani / Casa in Sunny Isles Beach. The luxury residential tower is a much anticipated collaboration between architecture, design and development powerhouses. Reservations for the luxury condos will begin soon.
The Residences by Armani / Casa will rise 60 stories at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The Cesar Pelli-designed oceanfront tower will contain 260 ultra-exclusive condos, with prices starting at just over 1 million dollars. The Armani Group is designing elegant, modern interior spaces. The project is aiming for completion in 2016.
Sunny Isles Beach is seeing multiple new construction collaborations between developers and international brands. Dezer Development is also currently working with Porsche at the Porsche Design Tower Miami.
