Luxurious parties for waterfront condominium towers seem to be back in style again in Miami. Last week JDS Development Group and Property Market Group threw a party for their new condo project Echo Aventura, a luxury waterfront condominium tower that will be located on Biscayne Bay in Miami.
JDS Development Group and Property Market Group both New York developers with offices in Miami introduced the one hundred and sixty million dollar Miami condominium towers last week with women in pastel chiffon and Cirque du Soleil acrobats pouring the champagne. It was a lavish event for a magnificent project. Construction on the waterfront condominium towers is set to start in June and should be finished by 2015.
Echo Aventura will consist of two eleven story towers featuring eighteen floorplans and eighteen penthouses. The luxury condos will range in size from 1,510 to 4,020. One hundred units already have contracts. Each condo will have a floor-through design with spacious balconies on either side, and a summer kitchen on the larger of the two. Prices range from eight hundred thousand to two million, seven hundred thousand.
Architect Carlos Ott and design firm Yabu Pushelberg are combining talent to create unparalleled style. This exquisite condo tower will be located on a five acre parcel on the East end of 188th Street in Aventura.
