Many luxury oceanfront condominiums in Miami have been selling way before construction begins. One example of this is Peloro, A new luxury waterfront condominium tower set for construction in Miami Beach. Sales started about three months ago and seventy five percent of the 115 units have already been reserved for sale.
Construction is set to start in a few months with the demolition of the old wall on the bayfront site across Collins Avenue from the ocean. The oceanfront condo tower should be complete in 2014. The luxury residences will be located on Indian Creek just minutes away from Bal Harbour and South Beach.
The waterfront tower will be seven stories high with two and three bedroom units available as well as magnificent penthouses and two-story townhouse. The condominiums will range in size from 635 to 2,268 square feet. Each unit will include spectacular bay and city views. Pelora is located directly across from the beach.
