A handful of luxury high-rise residential condominium towers In South Florida have been topped off.
Auberge Beach, South Tower - Fort Lauderdale
The 23-story south tower at Related Group’s 171-unit beachfront condo project in Fort Lauderdale topped off at 70 percent sold. The north tower at Auberge Beach topped off a few months ago and is over 90 percent sold. Located on a prime 4.6-acre site, Auberge Beach will rise just north of The Palms at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard. As the only new on-the-sand development in Fort Lauderdale, the exclusive oceanfront project will redefine luxury condo living in Broward County. Auberge Beach Residences & Spa is currently the "it" building in South Florida and the remaining residences aren't expected to last long. Amenities at Auberge Beach will include a world-class spa in the South Tower, multiple oceanfront swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, multiple restaurants, a full-service salon, plunge pool and indoor/outdoor treatment cabanas. A Michelin-starred, farm-to-table restaurant will be located in the North Tower. The luxury development will also feature a single-level underground garage that uses a mechanized valet-only system capable of stacking 588 vehicles.
First Building at Miami Worldcenter - Miami
According to a press release, Miami Worldcenter developers just topped off the first building of their massive $2 billion project. The CAOBA building, named after the spanish word for mahogany, will be a market-rate 43-story, 444-unit apartment tower at 698 Northeast First Avenue. Construction on the highly-anticipated Paramount building at Miami Worldcenter is currently underway as well. Paramount Miami Worldcenter is the signature condo tower of the development. The Miami Worldcenter will be a nearly 30-acre destination in the heart of downtown Miami. The vibrant development will include the Mall at the Miami Worldcenter, the 7th Street Promenade, an 1800-room Marriott Marquis Hotel and residential space. It is poised to become one of Miami's premier entertainment destinations.
The Bristol - West Palm Beach
The Bristol in West Palm Beach topped off at 25 stories. The 69-unit luxury condo building is located immediately southwest of the bridge near the island of Palm Beach at 1100 South Flagler Drive. Douglas Elliman Real Estate is handling sales for the units, priced between $5 million and $22 million. Condos in The Bristol will range in size from 3,700 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Each of the 3 to 5-bedroom residences will offer stunning ocean views, gourmet chef's kitchens, flow-through floor plans and private elevators. Residents will also have access to top-shelf luxury amenities and services.
Gran Paraiso - Edgewater, Miami
Gran Paraiso at the Related Group’s Paraiso complex in Edgewater is topping off next week, according to a spokesperson. Related launched sales for the 317-unit tower at 480 Northeast 31st Street with Fortune International Group in 2015. Gran Paraiso will offer unparalleled building amenities and attentive services. The luxury development will feature an elevated, 3-acre amenities deck, complete with a circular zero-entry pool, an outdoor spa, poolside cabanas, a summer kitchen area and a jogging circuit. The development will also offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, a bayfront beach club, a health spa, a wine cellar and cigar lounge, a private screening room, 24-hour valet, 24-hour security and more.
