The Miami Heat are currently trailing the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals, but their collective real estate portfolio dominates the NBA. Three Heat players claimed spots in the top 5 most expensive homes owned by NBA players. Impressively, Chris Bosh made the list twice.
Bosh took the number one spot on the list. His Miami Beach home on prestigious North Bay Road is valued at 12.3 million dollars. He also claimed the number three spot, with his 9.4 million-dollar California estate. Lebron James came in fourth. His waterfront home in Miami is valued at 9 million dollars. Dwyane Wade followed closely behind, with his 8.9 million-dollar estate.
The Miami real estate market has rebounded remarkably well. The Heat need to do the same.
