Douglas Elliman Acquires The Seaside Group

The past month has been very exciting here at The Seaside Group. We were recently acquired by the renowned Douglas Elliman.

Douglas Elliman is a leader in luxury real estate with over eleven billion in annual sales. They have 4,000 real estate professionals and 70 offices spanning South Florida and New York.

Niki Higgins, the broker for The Seaside Group, sold million dollar properties for Douglas Elliman in the early 1990’s. This is where she gained her knowledge and experience selling luxury real estate and working with sophisticated buyers.

The Seaside Group achieved thirty three million in sales over the past three months. Recent sales include a home in Palm Beach’s ‘Estate Section’ for $9.87 million; $1.83 million oceanfront penthouse at The Palms Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale, and a $2.5 million condominium residence at One Bal Harbour, for a high of $1,183 per square foot.

The acquisition has just taken place this October, and we are now The Seaside Group at Douglas Elliman. Niki Higgins is the director of luxury sales/broker associate within the Florida division.
