The former Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale will now operate as the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Hotel and Residences, Hilton Worldwide’s global luxury brand. The property is undergoing more than 34 million dollars in upgrades and will open in 2015.

The 290-room condo-hotel development will consist of studios to 4-bedroom units. The luxury residences in the Conrad Fort Lauderdale will be managed and rented to visitors when the owners are away. The 24-story tower will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, a pool and oceanfront dining.
