One Thousand Ocean, a 7-story luxury building in Boca Raton, has closed two more units, bringing the oceanfront property to 91% occupancy. The recently sold units, a 2-story beach villa and a penthouse, totaled 11 million dollars.
The beach villa holds three bedrooms, four bathrooms, over one thousand square feet of terraces, an elevator, a pool with an outdoor kitchen and a two-car garage. It closed for 5.15 million dollars. It was the last beach villa available at One Thousand Ocean.
The second sold unit, a customizable penthouse, closed for 5.86 million dollars. The residence includes 1,450 square feet of terrace, 14-foot ceilings, a private cabana and a private elevator lobby.
The luxurious and modern One Thousand Ocean is comprised of 52 residences and is located on a private peninsula, with views of the Boca Raton Inlet, Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean. It is adjacent to the Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club. Just a few units remain in the building in what is anticipated to be the final selling season.
