Venezuelan developers, Alco International Group, just scored a $25 million loan to begin construction of Adagio Fort Lauderdale Beach. The new luxury boutique-style waterfront development will rise 5 stories and contain just 31 spacious condos. Alco International Group is also behind the Adagio on the Bay project in Fort Lauderdale. The lender is Aventura-based New Wave Loans Residential. Adagio Fort Lauderdale Beach will be constructed on a 34,000-square-foot lot located at 435 Bayshore Drive, along the Intracoastal Waterway.
Adagio Fort Lauderdale Beach condominiums range in size from 2,400 square feet to 3,500 square feet. The spectacular residences offer stunning water views from oversized terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass. Units are priced from about $1.8 million to $4.9 million for three penthouse units.
