Two luxury waterfront condominiums in the Bristol have sold for over 14 million dollars. A 3-bedroom penthouse residence on the 25th floor is currently in contract for 14.99 million dollars, and a 5-bedroom residence also on the top floor is in contract for 14.7 million dollars. Both prices shatter the previous record of 7.42 million dollars for a condo in West Palm Beach.
The Bristol is set to rise on a prime waterfront site in Downtown West Palm Beach. Located immediately southwest of the bridge to the island of Palm Beach, the Bristol is poised to become one of the most luxurious and sought-after residential buildings in all of South Florida.
