Site work has begun at Muse in Sunny Isles Beach. With 60 percent of its 68 oceanfront condos already sold, groundbreaking at the luxury development is expected to follow shortly. The 47-story tower was conceptually designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott and executed by Sieger Suarez.
Muse condos will range in size from 2,360 square feet to 5,800 square feet. The luxury condominiums will feature 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, custom Italian cabinetry, spacious balconies and summer kitchens. Famed artist Helidon Xhixha is working with each buyer to create a custom sculpture to complement their residence.
