Ritz-Carlton Residences is set to rise on 250 feet of ocean frontage in Sunny Isles Beach. Developed jointly by Fortune International and the Chateau Group, the luxury development will launch pre-construction sales within the next week.
Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach will be completely residential, but it will offer all the services and amenities synonymous with the Ritz-Carlton name. The exclusive oceanfront condos will range in price from 2 million dollars to 25 million dollars.
Ritz-Carlton Residences will join other luxury-branded condominium developments in Sunny Isles Beach, including Porsche Design Tower Miami and Residences by Armani Casa. Another Ritz-Carlton Residences is set for a 2016 completion date in Miami Beach.
