Reservations for luxury condos at Gran Paraiso in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood are in the process of converting to contracts. Gran Paraiso is the second tower in the Paraiso Bay mega-project and will contain 317 waterfront condos facing Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach.
