The foundation for One Thousand Museum in Downtown Miami will extend to record-breaking depths. Drilling at the future site of the luxury tower has already reached 160 feet below ground. According to the developer, 1000 Museum's distinctive design necessitates a deep foundation.
One Thousand Museum is Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid's first residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. The 62-story development will offer 83 ultra-exclusive condominiums and over 30,000 square feet of amenity space. The lavish tower will transform the Miami skyline.
One of the most anticipated new developments in Miami, One Thousand Museum is scheduled for completion in 2018.
