The developers of Privé in Aventura received a 25-million-dollar construction loan for the luxury waterfront project. Vertical construction on the exclusive delopment commenced earlier this month. Located on the last undeveloped, private island in the Miami area, Privé will consist of two 16-story towers, with a total of 160 luxury condominiums.
Privé condominiums will feature 10-foot ceilings, flow-through floor plans, floor-to-ceiling glass, gourmet kitchens and private elevator access. The lavish condos will also have sprawling terraces, with summer kitchens and panoramic views of the ocean, bay and city. Amenities at this Sieger Suarez-designed development will include a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa, with a steam room, a sauna, treatment rooms, a fitness studio and a toddlers’ playroom. Privé will also offer a beach-entry pool, a lap pool, a private beach club, a private marina, a tennis court, a wine cellar, a jogging trail and more.
Privé will only be accessible through the gated enclaves of Williams Island and Island Estates. The anticipated development is scheduled for completion in 2017.
