The developer of Paramount Miami Worldcenter recently announced additional details about the 60-story luxury building set to rise in Downtown Miami. The Miami Worldcenter's signature condo tower will include an impressive 9th floor recreation deck and a multi-story rooftop lounge.
The 9th floor recreation deck at Paramount Miami Worldcenter will feature a soccer field, tennis courts, pools and a running path. A fitness center, boxing studio and recording studio will be locate inside the same level. Additionally, the 9th floor will include 12 two-story villas.
Paramount's rooftop will feature an indoor lounge, offering stunning 180-degree city and bay views. Another pool, a yoga deck and a firepit will be located above the lounge.
Construction on Paramount Miami Worldcenter will commence in the second quarter of 2015, with building completion scheduled for 2018. Once complete, the Miami Worldcenter will be an approximately 30-acre destination in the heart of Downtown Miami. The anticipated project will feature a shopping mall, an outside promenade, a Marriott Marquis Hotel and residential space.
