According to a new survey, more South Floridians are ready to purchase a new home. The survey polled residents of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties who had bought a home in the last 10 years. The results showed that people in the area are rapidly gaining the confidence to buy again.
Approximately 28 percent of the survey respondents replied that they are very or extremely likely to purchase a home in the next year. In 2014, only 9 percent of those polled responded similarly. The survey also found that 85 percent of the respondents feel that it is currently a good or very good time to buy South Florida real estate.
