South Beach's Monad Terrace residential development recently secured a 62.5-million-dollar construction loan. Foundation work is well underway at the waterfront site, and an official groundbreaking ceremony will occur next week. Vertical construction will commence in March 2018, with building completion currently planned for the third quarter of 2019. Monad Terrace condo prices start at 1.7 million dollars.
