The most expensive condo in Riva Fort Lauderdale has been released for sale. The 2-story residence boasts 12,000 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, maid's quarters, a gourmet kitchen, 16-foot floor-to-ceiling glass, a luxurious master suite and a riverfront guest room. The lavish condominium is priced at 5.25 million dollars.
Riva is currently under construction on a 2-acre site located directly on Fort Lauderdale's Middle River.
