The South Florida real estate market saw home values grow by 61.4 billion dollars in 2015. The total value of all single-family homes, townhouses and condos in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties grew by 9 percent to 773 billion dollars, according to Zillow. This value has grown steadily since 2011.
The median home value in South Florida rose 11 percent in November 2015 compared to the year prior, and home prices in all three counties are expected to rise again this year. A continued shortage of properties for sale and high demand also make this year a perfect time to list a South Florida home for sale.
