An official groundbreaking ceremony at Miami Beach's luxury L'Atelier development was recently held. The oceanfront project will rise 18 stories on the site of the historic Golden Sands Hotel and will merge the classic façade of the hotel with a modern, Luis Revuelta-designed tower. Prices at L'Atelier begin at 4.3 million dollars.
L'Atelier condos will range in size from 2,300 square feet to approximately 8,000 square feet. The 21 half-floor, full-floor or multi-floor residences will contain 3 to 6 bedrooms. The lavish oceanfront condos will offer flow-through floor plans, unobstructed ocean views, spacious balconies and outdoor Whirlpool spas. A multi-level penthouse residence is still available for purchase for between 25 million dollars and 33 million dollars.
Amenities at L'Atelier will include an infinity-edge pool, a lap pool, poolside cabanas, a pool bar, a private beach, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, saunas, steam rooms and a salon. Acclaimed landscape architect Enzo Enea is providing lush gardens, and Holly Hunt is designing stunning interior spaces.
L'Atelier Miami Beach is scheduled for completion in 2017.
