Glass South Beach is now officially complete and open for residents. The 18-story project is the last high-rise to be built in Miami Beach's prestigious South-of-Fifth neighborhood. The appropriately named glass tower was designed by acclaimed architect Rene Gonzalez and contains just 10 ultra-exclusive condominiums. The spectacular development was designed to highlight the natural elements of the city and to appear to dematerialize as it rises.
Glass condos feature wide terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass, providing 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami Beach, Biscayne Bay and the city skyline. The lavish residences also offer spacious full-floor layouts, private foyers, marble baths and the finest finishes. Glass's first 5 floors are made up of common areas, including a modern lobby, pool and state-of-the-art gym. The amenity deck features lounging and sunning areas, a pool and a spa.
Construction on Glass began in the fall of 2013.
