A Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences is planned for an oceanfront site in Fort Lauderdale Beach. The 23-story development, set to rise at 521-529 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, will contain about 150 hotel rooms and 95 luxury condominiums.
Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale condos will range in size from 800 square feet to 6,000 square feet. The exclusive development will feature separate pools and lobbies for residents and hotel guests. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, a spa, a children's playroom, meeting rooms and several restaurants.
Four Seasons condo sales will begin this month. Construction on the oceanfront tower will commence in early 2016, with building completion by 2018.
