Construction on Muse in Sunny Isles Beach is moving ahead of schedule. The third floor was recently poured, and the developers of the luxury oceanfront tower expect a new floor to be completed every 1.5 to 2 weeks. The anticipated development will ultimately rise 47 stories directly on the beach.
Amenities at Muse will include an oceanfront pool, poolside food and beverage service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, complimentary dog walking, concierge service, valet parking and more. Renowned artist Helidon Xhixha will also design sculptures for each luxury condo, the grounds and the lobby. Xhixha will work directly with buyers to come up with a one-of-a-kind sculpture to complement each Muse condominium.
Construction on Muse began in September 2015, and completion is currently scheduled for 2018.
