Construction on Aria on the Bay Begins

Aria on the Bay is now under construction in Miami's Arts and Entertainment District. The 53-story tower will offer 647 condos on Biscayne Bay near Downtown Miami, Edgewater, Midtown and Wynwood. 

Designed by Arquitectonica, Aria on the Bay will feature 3 sunrise/sunset pools, an expansive sun deck, a private spa, a theater and multiple social rooms. Condos at the luxury waterfront development will offer 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens and spacious terraces. 

Aria on the Bay is scheduled for completion in 2017.
