A construction update on Paraiso Bay was just released, and all 4 towers at the waterfront development have risen past their respective amenities levels. Paraiso Bay, GranParaiso, One Paraiso and Paraiso Bayviews will all soar over Biscayne Bay in Miami's trendy Edgewater neighborhood. Three of the four luxury towers will be completed in just about a year.
Paraiso Bay has been topped off and glass railings are currently being installed on the 46th floor. Completion is scheduled for the middle of 2017. One Paraiso has reached the 23rd floor, with completion scheduled for the end of 2017. Construction on Paraiso Bayviews is at the 19th floor and will be completed in the fall of 2017. GranParaiso rounds out the group, with construction progressing past the 8th floor. It will be completed in 2018.
Once complete, all 4 Paraiso Bay towers will include access to the Paraiso Bay Beach Club, which will feature a Michael Schwartz restaurant and a marina. Each tower will also include its own spectacular amenities and condo features.
Located in Edgewater, residents of each Paraiso tower will enjoy a prime location near downtown Miami, the Design District, the Wynwood Art District and Midtown Miami. Area attractions include art galleries, high-end shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Miami Beach is just over the Julia Tuttle Causeway/I-195.
