Foundation work started at the future site of Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach. A joint collaboration between Related Group and Dezer Development, the 60-story building will be the first Armani tower in the world. Construction on the oceanfront tower is expected to cost 1 billion dollars, which will be Related Group's most costly project ever built. Condo prices at Residences by Armani/Casa begin at 1.85 million dollars.
The Cesar Pelli-designed tower will offer 5-star amenities, including a private restaurant, an Armani-inspired lounge, an in-house chef, an oceanfront pool, a movie theater, a spa and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Residences by Armani/Casa condos will offer floor-to-ceiling glass, spacious terraces, panoramic ocean views, 10-foot ceilings and Armani-styled kitchens. The buyer of the 15-million-dollar penthouse will receive a private audience with Armani himself in Milan.
Currently, 155 of the 308 lavish residences are sold out. Building completion is scheduled for the end of 2018.
