According to web traffic data from January 2014 to January 2015, Brazilians search for Miami real estate more than any other foreign country. Venezuela fell from the top spot in last year's results to number four.
Russia, which didn't even crack the top ten last year, took the third place position, and Colombia rose to number two. The overall number of people searching for Miami real estate increased approximately 40 percent from January 2014 to January 2015, compared to the year prior. The foreign visitors were largely comprised of a mix of European countries and South American countries. While Chinese investors are becoming increasingly more interested in South Florida real estate, they have not yet cracked the top ten.
