Adagio on the Bay in Fort Lauderdale has been completed. It is the first new condo project finished in the Fort Lauderdale Beach and Downtown Fort Lauderdale markets since the current real estate cycle began in 2011.
Adagio on the Bay features 12 waterfront condos, each with floor-to-ceiling glass, 10-foot ceilings, summer kitchens and spacious terraces. The luxury development also offers a private marina. At this time, five Adagio on the Bay condos have been sold, with the prices ranging from 1.4 million dollars to 1.7 million dollars.
Currently, there are nine new developments under construction in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Fort Lauderdale Beach markets. Thirty additional projects are in the planning or presale stages.
