Approximately 25 percent of Paramount Miami Worldcenter's 513 condos have been reserved. The units have been bought by residents of 20 different countries, with 10 of the exclusive residences reserved by Chinese buyers.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter will rise over 700 feet in Downtown Miami. The luxury development will offer a recording studio, a spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop pool, a skyview lounge and direct access to the Mall at Miami Worldcenter. A sprawling 9th floor amenity deck will further feature a soccer field, tennis courts, pools and a jogging path.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter is scheduled for completion in 2018.
