It’s been a busy week for new construction in South Florida. Today, construction commenced on 400 Sunny Isles, a luxury waterfront development in Sunny Isles Beach. The two exclusive towers are set to rise on 640 feet of beautiful bay frontage.
400 Sunny Isles will consist of 230 one to four-bedroom condos divided between two identical towers. The luxury residences will include eco-friendly kitchen design, smart technology and European bathroom fixtures. Each condominium in 400 Sunny Isles will feature expansive water views.
The amenities at 400 Sunny Isles include a wet and dry dock marina, an infinity pool, a beach club, a beach restaurant, a full service spa, a state-of-art gym and tennis courts. Construction on Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach also started this week.
