位于北劳德代尔堡海滨大道551号的新公寓/酒店度假村，提供290间套房，面积达20,000平方英尺的俯瞰大海的Sky Deck，包括一个温水游泳池，一个4000平方英尺的水疗中心，一个健身中心，一家名为Terra Mare的海鲜餐厅，一家名为“聚宝盆”（Cornucopia）的美食市场，以及10,000平方英尺的会议空间。其大堂设计仿照豪华游艇的曲线。
