The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach is set to rise at 4701 Meridian Avenue, the site of the former Miami Heart Institute. The luxury development will contain 111 units in a 9-story condo building and 15 single-family homes.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach will offer 5-star, resort-quality service in a completely residential development. Amenities will include a spa, a private screening room, a pool deck with waterfalls and private cabanas, a restaurant, 24-hour security and concierge service. The lavish waterfront residences will feature 12-foot ceilings and spacious terraces with plunge pools and summer kitchens. The single-family homes will have 4,000-6,000 square feet of living space and will include private boat docks on Surprise Lake.
The contemporary building was designed by Piero Lissoni, and the exclusive project is being developed by Lionheart, the same group that developed the Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island. Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach condos will be priced from 2 million dollars to 25 million dollars. Demolition of the Miami Heart Institute is currently underway.
