房地产租赁网站Zumper发布了其全国租赁报告，名列美国前25名租赁市场。根据他们的报告，迈阿密的公寓价格比前一年略有下降。
虽然迈阿密技术上从去年的报告上升了一个位置，但也显示中位租金从每月1,800元降至1,750元，降幅为3％。这就是说，迈阿密仍然是全美第九高的中等单卧室公寓。对于两房，这是一个更大的下降，租金下降了4％，从2500美元到2400美元一个月。
劳德代尔堡的情况也非常相似，一间卧室与去年持平，每月1,500美元，两卧室住宅则下降5％，达到1,900美元。
在全国范围内，一间卧室租金月环比上涨5％至1,233美元，而两房单位则维持在1,392美元。旧金山，纽约市和圣何塞继续排名前三位的租赁市场。
