Oceana Bal Harbour will contain 239 luxury oceanfront condos. The 2 to 4-bedroom residences will feature flow-through floor plans, gourmet kitchens, stunning ocean and bay views, spacious balconies and more. The beachfront development will showcase original sculptures by world-renowned artist Jeff Koons.
