A new, luxury high-rise is coming to 1451 Brickell Avenue. The developer, Property Markets Group (PMG), will start taking reservations for Echo Brickell next week. If all goes as planned, the building will be the tallest residential tower in Miami to date. The current tallest building is the Four Seasons, which is located next to the Echo Brickell site.
The Carlos Ott-designed tower will rise 750 feet, or 60 stories, and include 250 units. PMG believes the height and unobstructed bay views will be selling points of Echo Brickell. In addition, the building will feature comparatively large units and high ceilings, with penthouses spanning more than 7,000 square feet. A pool will take up an entire floor about halfway up the building. A gym and spa will be above the pool.
If everything goes smoothly, PMG plans to start building during the first quarter of 2014. Contact Niki Higgins at 1.888.242.4422 for more information on Echo Brickell or to see other luxury condos in Miami.
